John Hawkins. John Hawkins
Chairman NC*, RC

John Hawkins, aged 56, joined Psion in May 2002 as a non-executive director and was appointed as Chairman on 18 September 2009. He was formerly Chief Executive of Anite plc where he was responsible for taking the Group from a £68m loss to a £30m profit. He spent 25 years with Philips Electronics most recently as Global Head of Multimedia and was instrumental in formulating the DVD standard. He is also the Chief Executive of Atex Media Command Limited and the Chairman of Genus plc.
 
John Conoley. John Conoley
Chief Executive Officer

John Conoley, aged 49, joined the Company in the role of Chief Executive Officer in April 2008 and has twenty five years experience in the technology industry. He began his career with IBM. In his fourteen years there, he progressed through a range of technical, sales and marketing roles to general management. His sales and marketing experience at IBM included working with both indirect and direct sales channel models. John has handled a number of change management and performance improvement roles since IBM. He was recently head of energy company EON’s Corporate Business Division, where he was responsible for improving the performance and profitability of a division with sales of £1.5bn. Prior to this, John had a number of directorships in the technology industry. This included the successful turnaround as CEO of Convergent Systems Limited, prior to its disposal to Azurri Limited. John was also, until joining Psion, a non-executive director of specialist systems integrator Vistorm.
 
Fraser Park. Fraser Park C.A.
Chief Financial Officer

Fraser Park, aged 46, was previously CFO of Oslo-listed communications technology company Tandberg Television ASA, a position he held until its successful disposal to Ericsson, the Swedish telecoms business. He has held similar leadership roles at NASDAQ and London-listed technology businesses. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, he is a former strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co, Inc.
 
Ross Graham. Ross Graham F.C.A.
Senior Independent Director, AC*, RC, NC

Ross Graham, aged 62, joined Psion in December 2005 as Chairman of the Audit Committee and of the Remuneration Committee since when he has also been nominated as the Senior Independent Director. He has extensive experience in the technology sector having worked from 1987 to 2003, initially as Finance Director and latterly as Corporate Development Director of Misys plc, a leading global software product and solutions provider. He is also a non-executive director of Wolfson Microelectronics Plc, where he chairs the Audit Committee.
 
Andy Clegg. Mike O’Leary
Independent Non-executive Director, RC*, AC, NC

Mike O’Leary, 57, joined Psion in October 2006 and became Chairman of the Remuneration Committee from January 2010. He spent twenty years in the IT industry including 15 years on the main Board at Misys PLC followed by CEO appointments at Huon Corporation and at Marlborough Stirling PLC. Mike is a non-executive director of Headlam PLC and the Stroud & Swindon Building Society. He is also Chairman of Digital Healthcare Ltd.
 
Mike O'Leary. Stuart Cruickshank
Independent Non-executive Director, AC, RC, NC

Stuart Cruickshank, 56, joined Psion in June 2009. He holds the roles of non-executive director / Chair of Audit at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University NHS Trust and has a consulting role with Ernst & Young LLP. Previously, he was Director General and Chief Finance Officer at HM Revenue and Customs. He has served as the CFO of technology services group Morse and was the Group Finance Director of the UK/US video games company Eidos. He worked at Kingfisher as Finance Director of Woolworth PLC and had early career roles at United Biscuits, Diageo/Grand Metropolitan and Whitbread.
